Our Elderflower Tonic Water is a clear liquid with a fragrant floral aroma with hints of pear-like sweet smelling notes.

This is a beautifully vibrant, mouth filling drink with a sweet yet natural hit of elderflower, followed by the slightly bitter afternotes of quinine for a clean finish.

Combine the subtle yet floral flavour with a premium gin with citrus notes like Tanqueray No TEN and a squeeze of lemon. Pairs perfectly with citrus and herbaceous gins and London dry gins.
